Excellent opportunity in the renewable energy sector

with all the years that i have been with the company i have managed to achieve clean audits for the inventory counts conducted by reputable audit firms, my staff retention has changed through the years this was due to company resizing, but the quality of our work has never been compromised.

Pros: gained a lot of experience on SAP as we were using ACCPAC before
Cons: Company has restructured again, future is uncertain

My biggest satisfaction is to empower an employee and see how he/she develops

Jabil is an NY listed company based in the US with 200 000 employees worldwide. Jabil Energy was their first venture into Africa into the green energy market.

Pros: Big listed company
Cons: Too much red tape

Opportunities

To work for Jabil Energy is a pleasure. Management is very encouraging for staff's development. My typical work day is meeting with executives strategising on their teams HR needs and requirements, sometimes meeting with staff to help them career plan and do their personal development plans. I enjoy socialising with my co workers but also know when not to cross the line. Since joining Jabil I have learnt many new aspects of HR, they have their own HR system and it was fascinating to go through this and learn new things. I enjoy learning new aspects and I enjoy working with people.
