Excellent in developing staff

- A typical work day: writing articles, press releases, newsletters, communicating with staff and execs, crisiss communication, PR/media relations, handling ustomer queries - Your relationship with co-workers: very good working relationships - What you have learnt: have learnt that one needs to be versatile and adaptable to the needs of customers in order to grow and succeed - What you enjoy most: dealing with customers/listeners on a daily basis - The most challenging aspects of the job: the immediacy of radio, lack of planning was initially a challenge, but it's made me grow and has improved my response time as a communicator

Pros: They invest in the development of their staff
Cons: As a broadcaster, having presenters with different viewpoints can pose a reputational risk should heir views be misunderstood to be those of the radio station

Great learning opportunity

- Great learning opportunity - Great relationships with very professional and educated colleagues - Typical work day is very busy, handling multiple projects simultaneously - I have learnt patience with missing links of projects - I enjoy the versatility of the environment - The challenging aspects are the unpredictability and the volatility of the environment

Receptionist

I am a receptionist operating the switchboard, welcoming clients, couriering, filling and signing in for orders and packages. I work very well with co-workers. I take pride in very thing I do and wear my smile everyday. I enjoy organizing an event most . The most challenging aspect is when I get a very cold call, willing and trying to help but the caller not willing to listen or to understand.

Pros: I do not know but i am helping with competition and prisez
Cons: I work from 08:00 am to 17:00pm Monday to Friday
