Typical work day . Always busy. Making sure clients are happy all admin and paperwork is up to date all invoicing is up to date. Very happy comfortable surrounding with co workers. My most challenging aspect of my job is working with people who does not treat other people respectfully. It is really hard working with people who has no people skills. My Current manager does not know how to treat people how to talk to people. There is no processes in place . everything changes every 5 minutes.

A good learning experience

Ive been with the company for more than 5 and have learned a lot from the company. I've upskilled my trade into being a a machine setter and operator through working with my team and manager
