Excellent learning curve

The company has helped me grow as an individual and they have helped me learn the marketing industry. I have learnt to be a team player and to be a leader in certain aspects of the company. I enjoyed the working environment, it’s proven that the work place can be a friendly and happy place not just about business but also about people skills.

Very interesting field

It is a very good company to work for. You feel like you at home. Though there were a few issues that we could come across, like shortage of stock, late deliveries and system issues. I have learned to be more confident in a way that when our team leader is not around i will be selected to manage the team. The are a lot of Opportunities for growth.

Target driven family orientated. Great relationships with all co-workers and exco.

Jacklin was a very family orientated business. Very professional and wonderful to work for. Always new and exciting things. Learned a lot. I was fortunate to be in the frontline in Operations for 12 years. We were all treated equally and with respect. I had an amaing time with m colleauges. It was great building internatonal relationships with our UK, Czech clients.

Pros: We were afforded opportunities to grow within the company
Cons: Due to the nature of the business we had sudden splurges of pressure but no real cons.

Family business, family values, caring and understanding. Hard working staff. Everyday is different! Great co workers. No salary increase or bonus for 3 years.

Excellent learning curve

Working at Jacklin is not the ideal thing i would want to do for more than two years as as an individual i feel there is no recognision or growth.I have learnt alot in terms of handling customer and working with people.what i enjoy most is solving a problem and keeping customers happy.
