Good working environment

Start at 07:45 until 17:00. The last year the relationship with co-workers unhappy. Have learnt difference aspects of work. I enjoy typing and working with people. To go the extra mile when it is requested and the people are satisfied with the assistance that I have offered.

Pros: Assist other departments when there are people on leave and over the festive period. Working on skeleton staff.
Cons: Not working on Saturdays.

Poor learning curve with poor security

I deep oil very morning then right a least of oders to be made for a day when the day goes by I issue spares to mechanics, receive deliveries & bin the spares. we have a good relationship with my coworkers but we work in unsafe environment more especially with standbys cause these less security and we sleep at work, the other thing I dislike at my work it's working over hours like when it's my week for standby I start working at 07:30 in the morning knock off 15:00 in the afternoon then start my standby 17:00 till in the morning waking up every time they need spare by mechanics, load locks & load streps by drivers, off load pallets for drivers so it means no sleep for 7 days I wonder why they call it standby.

Pros: no promotions
Cons: long working hours
