Experience at work

This is the first time that I am working in the clothing industry and have learnt alot about the components that goes into manufacturing a garment. Lets just say I look at clothing more in detail now. I get along very well with staff and management and living by the motto That you must earn people's respect. The way you treat someone is how they will treat you. We have a social club as to where co-workers get to mingle in a social way.

Pros: The company has a social club. Where promotions are concerned you really have to work hard at what you do.
Cons: The company is down sizing

Looking to apply my vast knowledge in multiple industries

I've studied Generic management NQF5 and gaining knowledge of 5 different management styles has lead me to go into different fields of my studies and gain vast knowledge in each management style / type of management role. E.g. Training, Logistics, Operations management, HR Management. I have no doubt that I am always and will always be an asset to any company that gives me a chance to prove myself, I always build good relationships with colleagues & exceed varsly in my place of work whenI commit myself.

Pros: You can never learn enough, there's always a new challenge
Cons: None

Learning curve

Working at Jacques hau was a great learning experience. It was great being part of the manufacturing of a garment. I got along very well with my co-workers and peers. As the company is not doing so well we seldom got any bonuses and promotions is scarce.

Pros: Dealing directly with auppliers
Cons: No increases
