Excellent Logistics Growth

its very challenging both personally & professionally hence they are few chances of career growth as our operations consist of 4 people and the brand ambassadors (Drivers Owners). i have learned a lot with regard to customer satisfactions & resolving customers queries and meeting their needs. i enjoyed scheduling and arranging deliveries with external clients where it seems impossible to deliver. The Most challenging aspects of the job was when we have to deliver and the clients provided incorrect/incomplete delivery and contact details.

Pros: No Opportunity for Growth
Cons: Long working hours

Excellence Logistics explosure

very busy in the morning Liaising with the couriers & external clients Daily follow up on all expedited orders good relationship with colleague i have learned about customer service & deliver customer satisfaction i enjoy working couriers & external clients The challenging part was having to resolve a query with arrogant clients

Learning Curve

it's very challenging and good environment to learn and growth both professional and Personal. It require alot of effort and dedication. It promote leadership and commitment. The mostly challenging factor when we have to deliver for client who ain't available to take calls during the day and we are unable to get hold of them during delivery time,Hence we try to send them mail to confirm their availability so that we don't struggle to deliver that bad. And what I enjoy most,is rerouting and liase with CSD. Daily follow up on my deliver and identifiying any discrepancies.
