Good experience on earthmoving machines

I do a day to day preventative maintenance on earth moving machines. I also do repairs of starters and alternators as well as fault finding and diagnosis by use of computer or schematic diagram to carry out the necessary repairs.

Pros: I believe there is room for more growth in the company as it is still a growing company.
Cons: Working hours are eight hours from Monday to Friday and one weekend in.

Limited area of growth nvestigate, diagnose and perform trade related maintenance and repairs to equipment machinery accordioning to maintenance requirement. • Maintaining, repairing and servicing Bell, Cat, Komatsu and Hitachi mining and construction equipment • Report defects and breakdowns on equipment and machinery. • Identify spares requirements for vehicles • Create and maintain job cards for maintenance records • Clean and maintain workshop facilities. • Ensure personal and co-workers adherence and compliance to security and company she objectives. • Liaise with clients and supervisors on maintenance activities performed and equipment handover • Ensuring servicing of fleet • Participate in first aid training • Supervising junior staff
