I have learnt so many things

My relationship with my co-workers is great. We communicate effectively and help each other with tasks when need arises. My typical work day would be to deal with with clients on daily basis, employees on site, having to make coffee for my manager and filling of reports. Towards month end i have to do payroll and invoices that need to be taken to sites and head office for payment process. I have a lot of things, communication, respect and how to multitask. I enjoy dealing with clients. The most challenging aspects of the job is when i have to do invoices and you find out that some of the sites did not pay and have to make follow ups with the accounts department and that could drag for weeks before payment and also salary queries. But nonetheless i enjoy my job.

GAINING MORE EXPERIENCE

I REALLY ENJOY WORKING FOR MY CURRENT COMPANY, THE PROBLEM IS THE SALARY. MY RELATIONSHIP WITH MY CO-WORKERS IS PERFECTLY FINE, EVEN THOUGH WE SOMETIMES HAVE OUR OFF DAYS.I HAVE LEARNT SO MANY THINGS, RESPECT AND LOVE. WHAT I REALLY ENJOY THE MOST IS THAT WE ARE FREE AT WORK, ONE IS NOT BEING FOLLOWED AROUND TO DO THEIR JOB. THE MOST CHALLENGING ASPECT IS TOWARDS MONTH ENE CAUSE I HAVE TO CHECK TIME SHEETS, PAYROLL AND INVOICES BUT I GET TO PAY PEOPLE ON TIME AND SEND INVOICES TO CLIENTS ON TIME.
