Excellent exposure

I've been working at Jasco as a Jnr Network Technician for the last year since November 2015, I was deployed to Regent Insurance to look after their telephony infrastructure which contained Avaya products and services used by the call centre and back office environment , Verint Recorder, PABX and Telesoft (telephone billing). I also help the IT support guys at the site because the department is small for the organization were and where I can gaining greater understand in: Managing users in the system (Create user account and reset passwords) including Active Directory and Email. Install, configure, and support end-user IT hardware and software on Windows Systems and Software updates Incidents escalation to advance support providing documenting .

Pros: great experience and learning opportunities
Cons: salary isn't sufficient for today's world

Excellent Communication

I am responsible for planning, coordinating, controlling and monitoring Telkom and Huawei projects on a daily bases. I relate easily with any one including the COO and CEO. I have learn to be responsible of my actions and take charge of my projects. i enjoy interacting with my clients on daily or weekly base. Open for any challengers

My job starts at 7am and my first priority is to pull my back order report, do my spread sheet and forward to my manager to approve placing of orders. Then I pull my open orders reports to follow up on ETA. Attend to my emails and any other additional orders that comes over my desk. Attend to queries in between placing of orders. I have a relaxing and a good understanding relationship with my co-worker, talkative, helpful. To be productive and train myself in all varouise spectrum of my works space. I enjoy working with people, assisting where needed and share information on work queries. The most challenging aspects of my job is to be able to assist all my "customers" the a positive out come and assistance.

Flexible working hours

Working hours are flexible and I work independently. Love my job and have been with the company for 7 years, currently under major restructure hence my reason for looking for a new job. My dream is to live and work in Cape town.

It's been a wonderful learning experience

It has been a wonderful learning curve with different experience. I have enjoyed my self and I see my self as an archivist going on forward. There were no challenges whatsoever because we recieved training from the beginning of the project

Its an open/warm work space

Working here is really here offers a lot of learning and growth opportunities. I enjoy working here, I have enjoyed working here since day one. We support different clients mainly Call Centers and back office environments.
