Working hard and learning something new

The company had a good balance of working hard and leisure. You would be given a difficult task to complete and enough time to do so , while also playing DnD during coffee breaks. The team was also very friendly, like a close knit family The most difficult part of the job was learning new coding languages and not having the chance for someone in your team to explain why you would keep getting odd errors in your code. That was for you to figure out yourself, which also cut back on time that was needed to get the project done In the company I learned to create complex applications by myself despite the massive learning curve of having to learn new coding languages along the way.

Pros: Working with a team that felt like close friends
Cons: As a junior there was no way to improve yourself or learn from your mistakes.

Amazing company. Love working for them but too much driving with not much fuel compensation

Amazing company to work for. I had major growth in this company both personal and In The company. Had a major learning curve where I learned major points on how to sell different products and work around different types of people.

Pros: Major learning. Growth. Comm is amazing

Looking to grow and learn more

Working from home has brougham up new challenges and new interface learning to think outside the box has taught me to think for myself, working in a team where everyone is working together to make it more comfortable daily check ups on each other and caring during this pandemic has brought everyone closer it's an amazing company to work for
