Juggling positions

A day at Javing includes many aspects. Every day has a different responsibilities, different things to be done on different days. Parcels to be sent to China twice a week and doing custom clearance for parcels coming in from China. Doing weekly/ fortnightly wages, following up on shipments of orders coming in, processing new orders, relaying problems on orders to buyers and processing discounts when received. Dealing with any maintenance/ security issues when needed., I believe we have to work as a team, work together and have work relationships to better the way the team works. I have learnt so much at Javing Textiles, I have learned to multi task, make schedules and schedule the work load i receive according to its importance and deadline. I have learnt that i work best under pressure and when i am busy. The most challenging aspects of my job is that when we are not busy i tend to get lazy, I need to keep busy as much as i can.

Cons: Tend to get lazy when not busy for long amounts of time

Good learning curve

I leaned alot and for a start up job It was pretty easy to do The day was short cause there was so much work to do Hard labor was done from 8 till 5
