Obtaining more skills
Start to work at 7:30 assisting customers with their queries. Using different systems such as Credit Ease,APT Evolve,Vision plus,SAP CRM , BOBj. Our turn around time is 72 hrs and should you not be able to assist the customer we always keep the customer on the loop.

Good learning curve
good communication , customer services skills , good interpersonal skills good administrative and management skillls , team player .In the past I have worked at senior levels roles that required great attention to detail and high levels of accuracy .With my present employer I am primarily responsible for carrying out credit granting of applications , logging customer information onto internal systems , documents verifications As a true professional I can remain focused in an environment of constant interruptions and activity. Being self-motivated and having a can o attitude means that I don’t wait to be asked to do things . Through my work I have gained extensive experience in sale , customer services , credit granting , collections and Microsoft office platforms such as excel , word , access , email.

I am an experienced person.
I am an experienced employee, a fast learner who is able to handle lots of tasks when given a chance. JDG is a big company \i believe given a chance to work here after this contract end I would go far. There are lots of opportunities.

Excellent service ,room for growth
it is friendly environment and everyone gets a chance for training however,we like a family we have team buildings and support systems to upgrade our skills.i have learnt that you must differentiate between work environment and personal environment,i have learned how to use excel and have a good relationship with customers,

I am working as a admin manager
My duties actually involve budgeting,maintaining debtors ledger, working on dailly invoices, controlling stationery register, manage and control cash office and also branch administration.

I have been an acting for the past two months n hopefully I will learn a lot
My job is to motivate the staff n make sure they reach the it daily and weekly targets as it's very hard this days for anyone to make their targets .I have learnt that people are different and some will give you attitude but as a leader you have to try very hard to keep the team together .I have a good relationship with most of the staff and the minority that is giving me a bit of problems I am working on fixing the relationships. The most challenging is when they don't teach their targets and you have to answer as to why they didn't and to come to think of it I was a top collector as a consultant and making it every month .
Pros: it's a good company that's why every company hires any employer from my company

Excellent learning curve
This job has taught me s lot of things.I have improved a lot since I joined this company. I was exposed to a lot of departments such as debt review, legal recoveries just to name a few.
