It has been a great experience in retail.Five years of no regrets.

Since the 14 November 2011,I made it a point that I worked closely with my managers to grab as much experience I could so as to equip myself with knowledge of the business.What I like about these managers,they were really helpful,in 2013 the regional manager showed faith in me by giving me the platform of overseing the full operations of the store until the manager is hired.It has been a good experience and I'm still doing an outstanding work.In our store we've got a great team and together we working to achieve our targets.The most important aspect of daily work is customer service,we always strive to treat our customers with respect and give them an excellent customer service.Financial services are more important as they are our main source of our business.I'm grateful to be part of this team and being one of those who teach the new staff the ropes of our business.

Pros: The clothing business is very interesting as you get to serve different customers and the experince is so wonderful.First impression counts and we always leave our store well housekept so that our customers may always come to shop with us.
Cons: Retail is very challenging,you need to be energetic because you cannot leave the store before the last customer leaves and there are times when we haven't reached our records and as staff and management agree upon extending atleast with an hour in order to reach the target.
