It is a good working environment
My work in enjoy in a way because a it a sales driven job plus journey have meet targets you need to convince customers to by the product you are selling his and all so day are quite which the days you need to work very hard to. Meet your daily target so that mth ends your targets are reached on submittion so they is no day where you say, this. My relax day. Challenges build us as a person. With my colleagues am getting on well with every am friendly person who is helpful plus knows what not to say and respect people. At they space understand the personality of person in order to maintain a long working relationship with that person we spend most time at work so it important to keep that environment life and always. Happy but not forgetting we hear to work at the sametime

My Speciality
Before I arrived at Jet Mart, I was working at Edgar's warehouse. I had no background store experience. I made lot of mistakes before I became confident of my work. My co workers and the manager were very patient with me, but I would be penalised most of the times for being incompetent. I enjoy my work, but I feel like I need to be paid more for the service I offer my customers everyday. The salary I am currently earning is not enough. But there is hope for the salary that will satisfy a bit. The work I do is not as challenging as I thought it at first, I work in a shoe department, my speciality, I unpack shoes to be floor ready, then hang them according season, colour, sizes and style. I enjoy it very much when I am doing it it's like I am playing puzzle. I have a very good relationship with my co workers, we even share food in difficult times. We work as a team. I mostly love my work because it challenges my brain, my brain never gets rest.
Pros: There is a lot to learn and to do

Excellent admin and attention to detail
I have worked 3 years as a payroll administrator in EdgarS I ran a payroll of aprox 3stores I captured weekly and monthly payments for casual n permant employees . I'm currently now a store assisdtant manager is Jet Pinetown running a store with a Mat of 19mil and I have 20 staff that report to me I control all store functions admin, risk, sales ,salaries,visual and store functions.
Pros: I have a long traceable payroll experience for a reputable company . My attention to detail is immaculate I have a good working n home lifestyle balance and decaded to always striving to be the best at my field

Excellent learning curve
am currently adapting very well and productive since it ma first time formal job coming from my N6 financial management done at Majuba TVET college completed on November 2016 my relationship with employees and clients is very good and productive for the business also doing very well in performing what is excepted by my job description

Broadened my skill
Working at jet mart has taught me a lot, for instance there are different departments in the store and we are required to learn and know them all. Basically I am multi skilled, I'm a cashier but I can also work in the floor department and the receiving department

I learn to perrishable stock
im a hard worker at jet i learn to be a cashier, to represent stock, to do a till point, to make customer happy and to be in time at job.the most enjoyable is to pack a stock into the departments, the most challenging aspects of the job is to work more shifts but they didnt pay us but i was like the stuff too much because they smother to every one.
Pros: i started to work as a freelance but after that the manager promote me as a casual+

Excellent learning curve
I dropped out in that internship because i had a problem about funding,and i took only three months,but i have learned alot because i know how to deal with difficult customers,how to handle stress,how to improve stock loss and good customer service. I know how to avoid conflict in the workplace.I also had a good relationship with co-workers.

Customers service, time management, know how to create a customer and is always right and always listen what the customer suggestions and never disagree with the customer .Always serve customers on time , pay attention to customers always

It was a great experience working as a cashier
I am Hermina Tshigama,i am 31 years old.Cashier job taught me how to communicate with customers.I must treat customers with respect even if the customer is wrong or right,they said customers are always right and listen to the customer what he or she says. My Collegues were good half of them were not good and the managers were good,they treat us like brothers and sisters. My number are 073 853 8198
