Great working environment

My day starts off relaxed, I have daily duties which need to be done in order for my day to run smoothly. At times I get requested to do more than my fair share however it doesn't happen everyday. Breaks aren't a big deal, we have internet access, wifi and telephone which makes our professional and personal lives easy to deal with. However the company lacks procedures which could make the company grow bigger than what it is now.

Cons: No growth opportunities

Learning everyday

I am working at Jet Music and it is a learning curve as I learn new things almost every day. Managing people is exciting if they are excited. Their excitement lies almost entirely on me.
