Challenging, but a great place to work, if only there was room for growth career wise.

Every company has its ups and downs, the environment is different every day as we work senior officials (Mayor, MMC) but in my team Marketing and Communications we always try to distress by supporting one another. i have learned to be patient, persevere and be team player. the turn around delivery of goods and service form our suppliers can be challenging as specially when goods are needed for a specific event. meeting new people and hosting a successful event is the highlight for our team.

Pros: opportunity to meet new people
Cons: flax able working hours, overtime is available as well

Work experience at my Organization

The company I work for is a service delivery company, though in a public sector it prides itself with delivering superior services to the public, I have grown to be a critical thinker through the mentorship of my seniors and a dynamic work team. I enjoy being around people with drive and challenging characters. Most challenging aspect includes ad-hoc preparation of IAA quarterly reports.

Pros: Great work environment
Cons: Lack of succession
