I have been with my current employer for over 10years as a lease administrator, I enjoy interacting and helping people to get a roof over their head. I handle walk in enquiries, telephonic enquiries, process applications and do the vetting process as per the company's standard once the application is approved I prepare an invoice and make follow ups with approved applications to check if payments are done and prepare lease documents. Manage vacancies as well as do monthly report to present to my portfolio on a monthly basis. I enjoy working in team orientated environment and to support each other to make our job easier. Challenges occur when we are unable to fill up the vacant buildings but we work hand in hand with the marketing team and figure out ways that can help in this matter. I have learned how to deal with internal and external customers and how to handle presentations.

Great company to work for and I have gained a lot of experience in the property sector.
I am an Administrative Assistant and business graduate who has combined academic study alongside a successful placement with a major retail company in Leeds West Yorkshire. I gained most of my administrative work experience in the United Kingdom. I managed and motivated team members at meeting company objectives and sales targets. I adapt easily to changes in the work environment and I am a very enthusiastic, self-motivated individual. Having excellent communication skills and the ability to relate to people at all levels has equipped me with ensuring that all tasks assigned to me are attended to from start to finish.
