morakana appointed as a electrician assistant in the Electrical and HVAC field and performed daily duties, which included, installation of lights, repairing and servicing of same as well as carrying out minor and major servicing and maintenance work on Air Handling units. my duties also included checking, testing and repairing of electrical fan and pump motors and generators i was also part of the Sandton City Mall Project whereby provided specialist services to the Landlord, Liberty Properties and Centre Management which is now managed by JHI Retail. morakana is a fit young woman who conducts herself in a professional way when working on the site. He is honest and hardworking and has a great appetite for learning and growing herself within his field.

Experience Output

My work experience has contributed extensively towards the development of various skills that assist in productive work output. I have developed good planning and organisational skills which have assisted me in leading and managing various tasks and personalities. My experience has also molded me to be a good communicator with proven inter personal skills. I am used to working in a team whilst also being capable of using my own initiative when required to work independently. I am always enthusiastic to learn and undertake new challenges.

No HR assistance

Long hours, no exco involvement. no bonus, meetings scheduled at HQ far from workplace. no inputs requested from non exco personnel No transfer opportunities or promotions. Operations Managers must handle all aspects and are not given support or manpower

A great learning experience as I started as an intern

I have learnt a lot as I started as an intern, so I got to experience most roles even though there is still a lot to learn but compared to a person who comes in for a certain role and only focuses on that. I also have the best team who have helped me and taught me a lot, from my colleague to my manager.

Pros: I don't do only specific things, so I learn a lot
