Alwaya willing to learn

I am a dedicated and committed to my job, and willing to learn every day. I am very good in communicating with my collegues and I commit myself as much as I can during breakdowns and maintenance inorder to keep team work flowing and to learn much on the job. During the job I like to ask questions so to understand the step by step procedure of the job. What I enjoy the most is when my job assistant give me instructions and a chance to do the job. What I have learnt is that it doesn't matter how much job you given to do, you just have to chose the job you want to start with, focus on the job you doing at that moment, face the challenge of the job you doing and you will make it through.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours

Weekly review

I have an open invitation to all the workers. I visit their work place in a schedule. This allow me and my management to assist the work force in all their goals.

Pros: Working as a safety practitioner is not an easy job. It production against safety and this conflict of interest is the most cause of death in work places. If production managers can be safety conscious a lot of this regret able incidents can be eliminated.
Cons: Working long hrs is not an easy way but if they are guided by the labour laws to say 48hrs per week overtime included.
