Great place to get experience & work with people This place gave me the the drive to want to work & help people on need. Creating progressive programs to help children cope was one of my high lights

No growth opportunities

Accounting systems, good relationship with all co-workers. No growth opportunities, social services company, learned to be stronger . Board of directors not visible, making decisions based on heresy. Direct don't get involved enough. Inexperianced managers.
