I believe that I can make a valuable contribution to your organization’s future projects. In my current employment as a Manager in the Building division for JIST Trading. I have also successfully introduced new product and recruited and trained work staff. As a Building maintenance I feel that my biggest strengths are my ability to work with staff and sub-contractors and to keep them motivating and ensuring they focus on the needs to our target. I was given the opportunity to run the building division of the company

Each day is not the same as we did all kind of building work for the city, from building, painting, maintenance My co-workers and myself work as a team. I enjoy working out the material for the job and to see the finish product The time we had to build four new sub station, renovated two and to build a lift shaft.

Pros: none
Cons: Worked weekend to get the work done
