Excellent learning curve and exposure

On daily bases each morning we get to check on previous days work and progress. Discuss complication met and make notes on reasons why targets were not met. Inspection of work completed on daily bases to check and maintain quality and also see that all tasks are executed safe and to specifications. Check daily diaries and make records and review work planned for the week comparing and checking the overall baseline program. Once there are on site design I personally do the survey not only on the site I am currently based on but on other site for assistance.

Excellent learning curve and exposure

Working for JJ has been the best learning curve, as I have started working for the company in 2012 started off as the site surveyor which was quite challenging but with excellent assistance and encouragement, I was keen to grow with the company. With the faith and trust given by the employer, one has gone up through all the ranks without considering jumping sheep.
