the company I am working is closed corporation company with a lot of family value I have enjoyed being with company but it is time for new adventures in life change of scenario and change working ethics challenges are needed in life, every body working here treats one another with respect, the most important thing is doing your work and make sure you reach you target.

Excellent learning curve and good ecperience

Working hard to reach our targets and respecting our clients while on the go.its so hard working with debts But I try my best.Long working hours and extra time.Good relationship with our bosses and other stuff members.Keeping it cool while we are tired at the end of a busy day.going on Team buildings trips helping each other to finish our work in time.I got at my company with zero work experience but today I have experience.we balance our work life and our personal life.we are strictly proffetinals.

Excellent learning curve

I have learn a lot from JJ Harms And Associates regarding a debt collection company and how to approach the customer even if you are doing sales. I have learned how to differentiate between cold calling and hot calling
