Excellent learning curve

Retail Job I have learnt alot in the management field and working with a team and taking full responsibility. It is challenging but the mind needs a challenge every now and then to stay focused. I enjoy designing and being creative, there is so much I do at work. It is a great environment.

Pros: Great exposure to greener pastures e.g meeting people with power to give better opportunities.
Cons: Less time/days off

Excellent first-time job, to prepare you for the real world.

The retail industry is very fast paced, you need to be efficient and pay attention to what you are doing. Dealing with customers with courtesy and professionalism at all times and make sure you follow the procedures properly. Must be a good listener and be able to take instructions from the customer.

Pros: There's room for promotion based on your perfi at work
Cons: 7 days a week and 9 hours shift
