LEARNING CURVE

Miss Tsholofelo Bridgette Molefe’s attitude in the work place is very professional and well behaved, I have no trouble working with her as her skill transferor. In terms of answering and making out coming calls she’s performing well so far and she’s able to be professional over the phone and she’s representing us well as JMPD. She is able to use and operate a community by logging in, producing documents, creating new documents and sing the internet and capture data online. She now has her own email and she’s able to work on her personal computer and attend to her duties without waiting for assistance. As her skill transferor so far I am proud of her work and I can reply oh her with any of my office duties, as she is self-driven and working hard.

I have a good relationship with my co-worker I feel confident on my duties

I learnt a lot from my colleagues on how to handle and produce most effective results for the company. I enjoy to work with people, give support to each other as team, also learning from seniors. I have a good relationship with my co-workers I get fully support. Now the challenges are always there but hence I have fully support I handle every obstacle without fear.

Pros: Honestly I am really happy to work in this company as I get fully support from my colleaques or co-workers
Cons: I am working eight hour and I am happy and extra hours sometimes

Excellent learning student, Hard worker, can put in extra hours when required

I’m a proactive individual who loves learning and willing to put in extra hours when required I have a matric certificate and am currently in my final year for my degree in Human Resource Management and I have just been certified in Sap Human Capital Management I have working as an administrator for the past 11 years, in this 11 years 4 years in HR as an Administrator and using SAP HR, in the the time and Attendance module I have great attention to detail when working, I’m punctual and work well in a team, I’m also able to work on my own

Pros: An Assent to your company and I know I can win a promotion when it arises
Cons: Can work long hours and keep to time for required targets

Good learning from the learnership

I am good in communication. I can work under pressure. I like challenges. I am good in computer literacy and do have experience in IT. And I love the admin work keeping records and backuping is want I do best

Great learning curves

My day would start at 7.30 in the morning very buzy especially month end , I had a great relationship with my co -workers they became friends outside of work , I have learnt a lot about fraud and what the important things are to look at in order to identify fraud , I enjoyed meeting different people every day and also sometimes building a relationship with certain customers .the most challenging is to know when you have identified fraud and the steps that you take course you should also try and keep the client on the premises , and at the same time explain to them that they have fraud documents and that the steps are that you took .

Pros: great learning oppotunity
Cons: always having to work fast and effective to ensure you seervice all customers with limited waiting periods

Time keeper

I am an energetic young person, I am a hard worker person, during my work with Department of Sports, Arts and Culture, I developed expertise in managing School Sport Activities, provide administrative and logistical support to the district, Submit Monthly reports to sport official and to the SACR Provincial Offices, Record all information with regards to program implementation
