i am a administrator at animal unit at JHB ZOO, which consist of 5animal sections. i work with people from diffrerent units, dealing with HR issues, organising workshops, writtting reports, motivation, dealing with suppliers, helping employees with any requiere equipment or tools, fax, filling and managing the reception. i learnt about different animals and thier behaviour and their diet, customer care i enjoy assist employees in a form of solving problems, orgarnising worskhops and HR activities and the enviroment. The most charllenging aspects of the job is writting motivations for a particular project or replacing retired sstaff and at the end of the are not aprroved, and woking under pressure unnecessary.

Pros: customers receive good service commited staff and alway in a friendly enviroment.
Cons: retired or risigned staff not replaced, work under pressure, and nothing motivating staff.

Good learning Curve

I have only worked for 2 companies since leaving school. The company i am working for currently is the best one i have been working for so far. I have learnt a tremendous amount working for this company. I have managed to gain lots of experience in my field of Assets Controller.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn.

Lovely environmLovely working environment with capable staff. Good benefits and good working hours. The only problem is there are low chances of promotions. ent with capable staff

Stable

Good and stable great benefits opportunity for learning. No growth however. Good team work. Slow to hire to fill vacant positions and slow to upgrade and fix technical aspects

My previous company it was most amzing company i have worked with .it is more challeging .i even gain more experince .i learned to make friendship with co workers as team work

Excellent learning curve

I am also a very open minded person: I am a very enthusiastic who will perform to his peak performance to maintain company standards. I work very well under-pressure. New changes better options

I am always an early person because I do not like any outstanding work. I get things done now. The people I currently work with are great, we get along very well, I have not had anyone treat me differently. I have learnt a lot about people and also learned a lot about what it means to work in a government environment. I love the people and also love to learn new things all the time. The challenges are the abbreviations of the departments and also getting to put names to the faces of the people I work with here as there are so many.
