Great internship programme

Johannesburg Metrobus is an interesting organization that has a lot of opportunities to offer. the work environment is abit stiff and employees are a little afraid of change and taking on calculated risks. My co-workers are fun and very helpful. i have indeed acquired skills at Metrobus,skills like RCAD,Job analysis,skills audit,training needs analysis and job evaluation. i enjoyed seeing the results and most certainly implementing my systems

I was doing mechanical repairs on buses

I worked on different diesel engines by overhauling, repairing, servicing and maintenance on the big machines like rondebuld front and loader, 10ton Mitsubishi forklift, Komatsu forklift,

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours
