I have learned how to work with different types of people and different races.
People from mozambique but i've never in that country but i used to serve them white people .It was fantastic at work i enjoyed working with my colleagues we were friends .i have learned honesty because we were working with money but what i enjoyed most was the tips i get after i served each table.

Excellent tasting food
Co workers are dynamic,friendly and enthusiastic. A typical work day would be challenging and long. I enjoyed working with and for dynamic personalities, you learn how to work with different people's needs and wants. It's most rewarding when you deliver excellent services and please your customers. The most challenging part would be the hours, the pay, the staff, the customers. What you put in you don't get out,but it's still an experience i am greatful to have lived through
Pros: Staff meal from the kids menu
Cons: Long hours generally 9-11 hour shift, work six days a week, go to meetings on one off day, leave is an issue for weekends, salary is below basic, no salary perks, no bonus.

Its good to work here ,the working hours are fine co-workers afe the best but only lacks proper management We alwys out of stock so its bringing the business to an end

Im a hardworker willing to learn new things
I work long hours from 9 till 9 I had great relashin ship with a staff and my co worker same time I get angry if the customers a not happy with the service . I learn not to shout at your staff in front of their co worker because the will be afraid of me and do wrong things eg wrong orders;be afraid of coming out about problems their are facing at work .I enjoy if we work together making funny ,enjoying what we are doing tret the work place like our houses .challengis I face is one of my staff had fit we had to make a plan to cover his shift
Pros: im willing to learn everthing so that i will be able to work with staff and if the customer as i wont have a problem to answer
Cons: i can work long hours because i will be doing what i love the most

Excellent learning
I am a hard worker, I am working shifts at my work. I have great relationship with my colleagues. The most thing I enjoyed is that we ' ve got the staff meal n when they asked us to work on public holidays they pay us for that day. There also staff transport

Excellent learning curve
its long hours and a load of work to peruse for a single person.business moves slow on a daily.i have a strong relationship with my co-workers but work suffers and i feel over worked by lack of staff within the company.i love the engaging with customers,the one on ones with staff and outdoor marketing. having to run the store with less re sauces that is the most challenging factor

Still in a management training
I enjoy working there as a cashier but mostly I enjoy working for John dorys as a whole ,customer service has always been my passion n I am greatful to be given an opportunity to be part of the ship..I don't have favourates at work I make sure that I get along with everybody.our management team is the best they have taught me team work and told me that endurance is the key for any position

I learned the highest standard of quality , customer service.
I had a good day i always had at john dory's we had a good relationship with my colleagues at work and what i enjoyed most is the we worked together as a team .And most challenging aspect is that you have to be quickly in working serving customers giving them good quality service.

Excellent company
I'm in John dorys this company is good .I want to leave because I'm looking for challenging outside of the country we are like family here the owner is so cool he understands everyone if you have a problem he helps you
