Typical Work Day - Meetings, provide guidance to the team, check and track status on various projects - Ensure compliance and think about ways of keeping the team motivated Relationships - I have an excellent relationship with the team, they know they can count on me and we are true to ourselves and the course at work What I have lent - Surrounded by a young team with great team spirit, very ambitious and are always ready to take on new challenges. I learn to be diligent and sometimes put my self on the next persons shoes to keep the rapour and maintain relevance - I enjoy the fact that the team always keeps me on my toes Most challenging aspect of the Job - Maintaining a fine line between projects company and a business that has no limits or end date - The environment requires creativity and wisdom

Cons: Each person has a year to year contract which is limiting on career planning and accessing external funding for some of the personal projects.

Sbonelo has 10 years of experience in Monitoring and Evaluation of health programs and health and social research mostly in South Africa and the Southern Africa Region. He has been an M&E Lead on various HIV Prevention projects funded by Department of State, USAID, DFID, CIDA, UNICEF, Enel Power, Elma Philanthropies, Elton John Aids Foundation, Scholl Foundation, Johnson & Johnson, Bet 365 and MAC AIDS focused on focused on voluntary medical male circumcision and maternal and child health especially PMTCT and DREAMS across South Africa. He also has over 5 years of M&E deploying Digital/M-health applications for facility and community-based projects. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Medical Sciences and Honours Degree in Demography and Populations Studies from at the University of the Witwatersrand. To work hard

I have a long time looking for this kind of job because I need a bright future for my fami0y and I need to work hard to achieve my goals. I realize that if you need to live a better life you need to find a job related to something that you qualify for and work hard and be responsible to yourself and respect other people's goals. If I may be successfully get employed, I'm willing to work hard and make you proud. I am aware of working under pressure and working extra hours. I am a qualified LAY COUNSELOR .
