Set and achieve targets well managed business

my day starts when I switch on my PC , I print my stock management reports and check what needs to be done to clean the reports , I check my Previous day parts sales add to my DOC and send my sales guys where they stand and how much more to achieve, 08h30 morning meeting , ( what went wrong the previous day, what can we do better how we can make a difference , my guys are happy to discuss any problems with me , we have a good relationship, we have team building every 3 months. check what parts arrived notify customers and workshop . do the cash recon , attend to customer complaints if any , I have learnt to put myself in the customers shoes when there is a problem I enjoy problem solving when the customer leaves my dealership satisfied . the most challenging aspect of my job is getting my people to expect change.

Pros: I ENJOY MY JOB
Cons: if i have to the job done i have to put in long hours

Learning curve

Self driven hard working person

Energetic and dynamic woman seeking career as a admin clerk. I am willing to give total support to the organization that I am in , with the experience and with capability that I have in order to achieve organization's goals and create mutual benefits. Knowledgeable about: All admin issues. Excellent common sense and decision-making abilities. Self-motivated, hardworking individual. I am a easy person to understand and I and my colleagues have a good relationship.

Pros: I am a loyal hard working person. The only reason why I will leave the present company is because my husband passed away and I have to situate myself in George to be near my daughter who stays in Knysna.
Cons: I am femiluar with long working hours.

They make me the best Sales Executive

It was very exited going to work we was a very good competetive team. I learn a deal is a deal when you see the red lights leaving the premises of the dealership

Pros: There is always room for improvement. They improve you by sending you to courses
Cons: I enjoy the long hours driving back home at night at 21;00
