Excellent learning curve

Everything we did on site we worked as a team & our we worked hard & we also did everything on time . I've learned everything we do together as a team have good results

Excellent learning field

Its difficult to work eith people who don't comply but how so safety comes first we don't compromise when it comes to safety its either you comply or go leave. I have learnt to deal with different people regardless of their behavior towards me. Respect is important Communication Compliance I enjoy doing mass meetings with employees and creating a safety dance to make it easy to comply.
