Successfull export company Small South African market but growing Skills of fellow employees are limited and in most cases not in accordance to their job titles Unfortunately internal politics amongst employees and departments are shocking No structures is place, hardly any procedures No room for growth CEO unfair

Excellent learning vurve

productively aggressive in terms of sales mostly exporting production in terms of container loads per order not very well organised or structured, still have loads to improve on very high staff turn around
