Excellent learning curve

It's a small company will alot of opportunities to learn and grow..because we dont normally focus on our role but also learn how other departments work, so that we can patch when someone is absent ensuring the smooth running of the company

Pros: Switching roles..i learn a lot about my superiour's day to day duties and challenges..somehow this encourages growth..and the running of the business can not stop just because one of us is absent.
Cons: No cons ..

Working at our Company feels like home..the way we respect each other encourages friendliness towards both the co-workers and the clients we assist everyday.I can boldly say we are a family
