Working in a retail company has created a good, open but limiting working -Customer service is of importance as we serve different types of people on a daily basis. Our market is unlimited therefore customers create a great opportunity to learn with different problems and different needs as well as different personalities. -Good working relationship with my co workers. I manage consultants and cashiers whom I encourage to work as a team and hard work will create time for no work. Pro-activeness is my motto. -I enjoy most interacting with customers, dealing with complaints and the excitement of having a satisfied customer compliment your hard work. -Every challenge has a lesson. Not all customers can be fully satisfied but those who are keep you going.

The company is huge serves different people from both rural an urban areas .
Our working hours were from 08 to 05 afternoon,I enjoyed working with my colleagues we shared the experience , sometimes have some dispution but find the way to solve them. I learnt to work as a synergy, the importance of listening to the management . I enjoyed promotions becouse we meet up with customers needs and their complaints.it was challenging working for big company like Joshua doore becouse its always desired to meet the monthly targets.
Pros: Good learning opportunities and to be promoted
Cons: Very difficult to reach the targets

Learnt following conference calls managing the company.
We respect each other as colleagues working ours from 08 to 05 afternoon. I learnt to work with people with different personalities ,,learnt to be smart as an employee . I enjoyed promotions since I get the opportunity to meet with the customers complaints and recommendations. The challenge is reaching up every monthly targets.

Fast learner
I have 2 years experience in retail as a financial manager..i have done SAP training.. Competency Toolkit training, customer services is the main aspect of the company, i have learnt alot and the CV attached will tell u alot

Great job opportunities great benefits for employees there is place for growth
Challengeing workday the not also goes as planned but have to still commit what u planned to do I always find it important to have a good relationship for a healthy working atmosphere.What I have learned no matter how busy your day gets and u get distracted u still need to go back what u planned to do.I enjoy working with the customer.To get a upset customer happy not to loose the customer

Working monday till saturdays..inter active with public.. solving complaints..admin daily.. housekeeping.. target driven... progress from credit controller to assistant manager...
