Best team player

I am a great communicator, work on schedule in ensuring that deadlines are met by my team including myself. The most challenging aspect of this job making sure that all things are in place before the event including accommodation bookings for the Awards attendees. I have learnt to be patient and understanding the fact that not everything will be perfect at the time you need it. Travelling to different provinces meeting different people.

Pros: Not being recognised and appreciated.
Cons: Long intense hours

Plenty of opportunities to grow

Jozi Media was a great company to workfor, opportunities to grow were there. I have learnt a lot especially to socialise with clients and work with different tribes that gave me an opportunity to learn other languages. My relationship with clleagues was great cause I am an easy person to get along and work with. What I enjoyed most is when the company had to host events oh man it's so great to see your clients face to face and get to know them.

Cons: Long working hours
