Being trader assistance requires a Strong and analytical person.willing to think on the ball and willing to work hard and long hours to get work done or improve things. Make and maintain good internal and external relationship with your team ,traders and clients. Learned to be resilient and strong .

Pros: gives great exposure to most products and has great opportunity for growth
Cons: Woking long hours and under pressure.making sure work is done correctly and maintain relationships with all clients

Excellent Opportunity for learning and growth

My objective is to become associated with an organization that empowers me to grow both personally and professionally while simultaneously empowering me to communicate and express my expertise with confidence- My current employer has provided exactly that! I have a keen eye for detail and I am an individual who incessantly builds on her capabilities. I have done well in positions that exploit my problem solving, attention to detail, analytical and networking skills. I have strong control awareness - in particular, I have the ability to identify and escalate potential control breakdowns and to streamline processes in an effective and efficient manner. I enjoy the camaraderie of working within a team and maintain good relations with a broad spectrum of people from junior staff to business heads.
