Hard worker

I am a hardworking enough is in need of a job I am willing to go and extra mile. I have a good communication skills and experience in working in the office I communicate and get along with people very well. I got along with my fellow colleagues and we would share ideas and we have a very strong team work. I have learned to be patient and to understand where people are coming from, to be a good leader and to be well organised. I enjoyed every moment of my job in administration even though I was challenged by compiling stats which was the part I loved most. Please give me the opportunity to grow within your company. As I am dedicated to my work.

Compile minutes, circular, memos Typing and distributing minutes Preparing Venue Arranging refreshments Arrange trip, accommodation Prepare documents for trip Prepare the food and car arrangement Filling minutes for security meetings Welcoming clients Telephone etiquette Managing HOD’s dairy Receiving mails from the post File management Friendly with clients Ordering stationery for the unit. Scanning documents for backup filling.

A normal working day

There is lack of resources.no opportunity for for promition because they develop people according to their preference.u will find that you have been working for 5 years and adhering to everything but they take a juniour nurse and take develop them.Good relationship with co workers.I have learnt a lot from paediatric units both surgical and medical to n neonatal unit as well as paebeing a supervisor at paediatric outpatientI enjoy being given an opportunity to showcase my leadership skills by being a team leader

Good requirements

I am really enjoy working here, I have gained more experience in this company. I have and daily, weekly and monthly plan and I priorities my duties. My co-workers are good in communication, performance and I like their work style when it comes to meeting the deadlines. They are professional nurses but they taught me how to come with the quality improvement plan when there is a challenges in the ward. I have learned how register patient manually and electronically, retrieving of patients information by using metro filling system. I enjoy doing the weekly,monthly reports and filling. My challenge is taking of minutes

It was part of my experience

As an Intern you get a change to learn as many things as you can. Working at Jubilee District Hospital with plus 800 employees, I’ve learn how to deal with many people and also my co-workers gave me the opportunity to learn. I have learned how to capture data on PERSAL system, Filing, using Microsoft office (like word, excel, explore, PowerPoint), how to conduct training and development, dealing with challenging task.

Good requirements

-speed accuracy(computer) -my co-workers are good and i am enjoying their service -i have learned how to do the reports(weekly and monthly) -filing documents and filling patients information my challenge retrieving of patients files

Excellent in learning

Im enjoying my work,i have a good relationship with my co-workers they know how to work with people they teach me most things thst i didnt know,i am enjoying working here with my co -workers,my aspects and most challenging was taking minutes for the first time in a meeting.

Friendly presence and helpful attitude; good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with others, i am able to work long hours, good problem solving skills; ability to visualize a problem or situation and think abstractly to solve it.Creativity, Ability to think around problems and come up with creative solutions. Ability to handle constantly changing flow of traffic; remain productive during slow times, be able to multitask effectively during busy times, exercise patience and professionalism during stressful situations.
