FAST LEARNER

I WORK FROM 8 TO 4 MONDAY TO FRIDAY ,TRY BY ALL MEANS TO ACCOMMODATE DIFFERENT KINDS OF PEOPLE IN THE WORKPLACE .I HAVE LEARNT THAT EVERY PERSON IS DIFFERENT IN THEY OWN WAY IN CULTURE AND BACKGROUND .I ENJOY WORKING IN GROUPS OR TEAMS TO EXPLORE DIFFERENT IDEAS AND TO SEE HOW OTHER ARE THINKING THEIR STRATEGIES AND GOALS.I FIND IT VERY CHALLENGING TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE DOING A LOT AND DEALING WITH DIFFICULT PEOPLE.

Excellent learning curve

Working long hours. My relationship with co workers is good. I have learnt a lot and have grown as a nurse. I enjoyed attending workshops abput empowering my self on my nursing career
