Work life begins at normal time around 8 set up your work station and begin working on assignments given by the team head, mostly web applications relationships with co workers are great as all co workers are friendly and readily available for assistance in complicated tasks, even senior members subject to availability but they are more than willing to assist. many new programming languages and concepts and having access to seminars and industry specific innovators and leaders in the newest technological advances in software development I extremely enjoyed the work culture and constant exposure to new technological advances and concepts in software development, and skills development and overall potential for growth. Challenges faced were the new concepts as they were constant and needed to be mastered in a relatively short space of time, although this was initially a challenge this did manage to teach the concept of being adaptive and flexible at working with new technology and concepts.

Excellent way to kickstart your your software development career as its a learnership

Good relationships at work learnt java , jsp, project management i enjoy programming using java language most challenging aspects of the job is learning a new programming language we have good working hours, no overtime unless you put extra effort by yourself
