I have had the oppertunity to work under high pressure and learn , grow and deliver amazing results in any deadline. Many skills adopted, changed and shown majir growth. But there is always room for new experiances, new skills and new adventures.

My biggest growth spurt thus far

A deadline driven publishing company. Interaction with people from different cultures and backgrounds, sales people, customers in the commercial trucking businesses, in the automotive industry, farming industry. Adapting to language barriers, problem solving and thinking of solutions to save a sale or encourage a customer to pay. Debt collecting old and new debt as well as knowing when to write off a debt. Learning to be both assertive and supportive to customers, reps and management. Understanding the meaning of deadlines and making sure I facilitate the process from start to a timely finish.
