Excellent learning curve

My working history is proof that I am willing and able to take on a new challenge and enjoy the learning that goes along with it. I am assertive but enjoy a good laugh. I would love to be selected for this position as it falls within the fields I have knowledge of. I was given an opportunity to enhace my skills and everyday is an ongoing learning experience. We called in the help of labour consultants over a year ago and with their guidance I have learned a great deal of the labour law side of my position. I am the senior administrator and have been overseeing the payroll department for almost 4 years. I was responsible for this department, on my own, for almost 3 years when we appointed a second juniir administrator.

Pros: I know the company and have been part of it for almost 13 years
Cons: No training - I would love to get a recognized qualification for the position I am in

Learning Curve

I was given opportunity to learn new things and more.I would have loved to know & learn more hence with the growth of technology and the struggle of our country's economy I was retrenched.
