Everyday is a learning day

I have experienced a lot in this company. My first thing is with out my staff I would not be a supervisor. I have cross trained all staff under me. Being a supervisor is a lot of pressure which I handle on a daily basis. My staff love me to bits as I pay attention when they speak and not dictated to them. I have learnt if you want something done you got to be humble to your staff because with out them you got to do it yourself. I enjoy being around my co-workers because you can always learn something about them and how it can help you in the future.

Pros: I have reached the highest level of promotion in the company
Cons: I do work long hours due to shift change
