Excellent working environment

My work environment is more productive and requires your day to day running of a business to be very detailed. I have 76 employee that are reporting to me me with 8 managers that are also reporting to me.

Excellent computer skill, communication skill, negotiating skill

I work 8 to 9 hours a day. I manager the whole operation of the store, making orders, managing 42 staff and 5 department managers. I deal with customer queries daily and also implement innovative ways of sustaining sales and maximuse profit. As the leader, I build the team and also train my staff to better the production. What I enjoy about my daily duties, is to see my customers certisfied and also to see my staff happy and pride them selves with their duties.

Progressive Learning

Good working relationships with staff and management. I have learnt new financial systems, more efficient leadership. I enjoy meeting deadlines and achieving goals. The most challenging aspect of my job had been working under duress.
