Excelent learning curve
Relationship with fellow workers are exclent No room for promotion ,when u reach supervisor you reach the ceiling. Ive extensive training e.g inhouse. N joy the off days .e .g work on a shift basis. Most chalaging is when you experience problem with production and that you must solve it on your own.which gives you at the end of the shift a Iner happiness. Worked without supervision of managers..must use your own descretion.

Great Position Need a Challenge
Kaytech started in 1971 and is a well managed stable business with a excellent corporate culture. I have managed to add value and work in cross functional teams across many departments in the company.

Room for growth
because of referring to each other on first name bases , boundaries tend to be overstepped. being in the smallest branch promotions are least likely.

Cons: no clear guidelines on duties
