Make it happen and see it happen
The four years at kolok have taught me not only to seek help when needed but also to trust in me to find it wuthin in every task or hallenge i come across. Working with my team from the marketing team was a treasure - we treate each other like family sharing challenges and takling them together because that makes fir a winning team; to know that there's people who hace your back goes a long way. But the close net also has it's recerse side to it in a sense that the challenge of isolaring egos and getting on with thejob at hand - i mostly got my day to day iobs from my marketing manager and typically involved creating marketing materials: leaflets, priduct brochures: mailers for customers & printing of banners. I really enjoyed learning to work with the external sales reps and ensuring their sales targets get to where they need to be through my aid.

Learning curve
It can seem paradoxical when a company invests so much time in hiring and training an employee, only to eventually squander that asset. It's important to be sure your employer cares about your success and job satisfaction, because without that genuine support, it's hard to stay motivated, feel that you are part a larger team, and produce your best work. It's a downward spiral. You could stagnate in your career — unless you notice the signs and take decisive action.

Great team
Excellent at working in teams and solo. There is not much room for promotion. The support structure from management is good though. Commute is decent. Travel quite frequently
