Excellent experince

Its Media company that is a competitor for multi choice which is using data to view channels and its easily accessible even on your phone,tablet &tv

Pros: no opportunities for development and promotoin

It’s a start up company

Kwese is a great company which has a potential for growth but the management of it is the problem. There is no culture in this company it’s full of Hippocrates. People who are back stabbers basically it’s full of useless multichoice rejects l. There is a lot of gossiping here that goes around There is no such thing as team work here When it comes to salaries they pay very well but if u work for this company expect to receive ur salary on the 40th meaning that don’t budget for ur salary because each month u won’t know the date u will receive ur salary When I left they where restructuring planning to retrench a couple of people

My current company is not a great to place to work due to the autocratic way in which it run

My current company is not a great to place to work due to the autocratic way in which it run. After hiring some of the best industry professionals, the CEO did not accept any advice or learnings from his staff and has landed the company in major difficulties. While I tried, along with my colleagues to make the business successful, the company was set to fail due to a lack of respect for the staff and the company vendors.

Pros: Great to work with some of the most valued people in the media industry

The opportunity to learn and grow in the world of IT business and establishe new things within the company.the place of working as a team and giving eact individuals an opportunity to present themselves and the ideas they have to make a success of their business. Being able to work under pressure as a team within a given time.
