Good learning experience

I am a sales representative for Justine Avon.And I work everyday selling products to customers and getting commission from that. I don't have a relationship with my co-workers because I don't go to the office or meet other people selling same products. I have learnt to work hard to build your own company from the bottom way up. I enjoy relating to customers and delivering what they asked for. And seeing them.happy with what I deliver. The most challenging part.is having to always remind customers of the money they owe and from that not getting enough commission.

Pros: Good opportunity for having a company
Cons: Small commission

Measurement Employement and unimployement

I've been both employed and unemployed, and I prefer to be employed rather than unemployed. Being employed keeps you busy and helps your mind operate in a particular way. There is also a lot of benefits that one receives when they are employed.

Cons: Long working hours 7 days a week

Creative skills

I have learned to be strategic and has helped me develop best communication skills and to manage or improve my self guard principles. I have also realized that working in a group helps to encourage improvements within an individual and I also learned how to work with customers even though you would sometimes approach a rude customer and that’s not so good but since I got self guard techniques I always survive or deal well with them. I enjoy the atmosphere of the company cause it’s so detoxing and fun.

Pros: Great opportunities to become your own boss
Cons: Requires all your energy and attention
