Great opportunity to become more self aware

The working environment is very conducive to learning and development and the relationship between management and employees is very good. The work hours are a bit long and they make it difficult to maintain a life outside of work. You earn on commission and that creates a lot of job insecurity

Well disciplined work experience

The work itself provides alot of courage and helps individuals to explore in leading a team through a return of their hard work ,on getting more customers to know about the organization sales representative duties they complete.

Great experience and learning of sales

I had a very greet experience when doing direct sales because is where I learnt a lot about a customer. I managed to put my personal life aside and became professional while focusing on the target. My slogan was more sales more money so I had to focus on the price and concertrate on beating my own record.

Excellent learning curve

It was a great company with a great atmosphere. Teaching and training was a must and it taught me a lot and gave me skills that could help me in any job I might apply for.
