On a typical work day i work on stock control and the despatch and receiving oF goods. I also go on deliveries a few days a week. I enjoy a warm relationship with my co-workers as we all get along. I have learnt a lot about customer relationships and communication, teamwork and time management as the flow of goods requires effective communication and deadlines have to be met. I have also leant how to lead as I am team leader in my team. I enjoy working with my diverse team of co-workers. I also enjoy the happiness that my customers experience when I deliver a product that meets their expectations. The most challenging part of my job is facing customers when their are unhappy about production and late delivery,I feel guilty facing them

Pros: I have learnt about leadership and gained useful hands on experience in the field
Cons: No opportunity to promotion and growth
